First the Sacramento City Council votes to let everyone keep chickens in their back yard and tomorrow, Saturday, September 17, 2011, from 10:00am – 6:00pm, we have the 6th annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival at Village of Fair Oaks, 10219 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Sacramento Grand Prix……Cycling at Its Best

September 10-11, 2011, the sixth annual California Capital Airshow will be roaring into Sacramento. Gates open at 9:00am and close at 5:00pm each day of the two-day event held at Mather Airport, 10510 Superfortress Avenue, Mather, CA 95655.

The big event will entertain, mesmerize, and educate fans of all ages with exhilarating jet demonstrations, world-renowned aerobatic performers, jet trucks, warbirds, and an endless variety of interactive displays honoring the courage and sacrifice of our veterans, as well the men and women who currently serve our great nation.
