Real Estate Improvement with a Little Help

I told you about our moving experience a couple of weeks ago.  By moving I mean the transport of furniture and belongings to another abode, but it was also very moving emotionally.  In case you missed it read the post “Moving Day……One of Life’s Most Stressful Events“; I still need a little sympathy when I think about it.  When we found our little piece of Sacramento real estate it seemed perfect in a lot of ways, but there were a couple of things that just didn’t fit our family.  For instance, the master bath had carpet instead of tile and it had a doorway with no door into the bedroom.  I don’t know about your family, but we must not be as moisture free when stepping out of the shower as some home builder might have imagined.  And as for that imaginary door separating the bathroom and the bedroom it really doesn’t filter the sounds of singing in the shower while someone else is still snoozing.  I don’t know about the rest of the world, but different schedules at our house need a little privacy now and then to mesh peacefully.  So in our quest for world peace and moisture free carpet we looked for someone with skills to help fix these not so small obstacles.

We were lucky our search helped us find J. R. Acosta, the owner of Elite Home Construction.  His company is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured, but his price was competitive with others who didn’t have these credentials.  His work was excellent, but another thing that set him apart from the crowd was that he was very reliable.  He gave us a date and time and was always there as promised over a several day project.  He also did some other projects for me while he was here, cabinets over the washer, some glass doors over the tub in the guest bath, a new faucet for the kitchen sink.  So if you need someone to help you make your little piece of real estate perfect for you check with J. R. Acosta at Elite Home Construction, Phone: (916) 286-9222 or email: ELITEHOME1@AOL.COM.

I am happy to report that the tile on our bathroom floor is much better than carpet for repelling moisture and the new door we have separating the bath and bedroom is also doing its part to provide a little privacy for showering and snoozing at the same time.  Life is good again!
