Find a Farmer’s Market in Sacramento
It’s not the best of economic times and it seems like everybody needs to save a little money. When I was searching for ways to save one of the things that the financial gurus said saves money and helps you eat healthy is shopping at a farmer’s market. Not only does it help local farmers, but you get in season fruits and vegetables for less money.
Now that we have established that it’s good to shop at farmer’s markets all we have to do is find one. In the summer time they seem to be everywhere but are there any that we can find all year long. I went to cafarmersmarkets.com and found that there is a farmer’s market somewhere in Sacramento almost every day of the week. It’s fun to buy fresh and eat as you need. I started trying to do this sometime last year. I like the social factor as well. There’s no better place to people watch.
