Susan G Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure will be at Cal Expo on May 8, 2010
KOMEN SACRAMENTO RACE FOR THE CURE is Saturday, May 8, 2010, at Cal Expo, 1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815. You can sign up for the 5K run/walk or 1 mile fun run/walk.
PREFER TO SLEEP IN? – Register for Sleep In for the Cure and support Komen Sacramento without sacrificing your beauty sleep! You’ll receive through the mail a door hanger that lets the world know you are Sleeping In for the Cure and a t-shirt. You can also collect donations and win a prize.
As always registrants will receive a free t-shirt (while supplies last). This year the shirts have a new design voted on by the public. Of course you will love it!
Bring the family and enjoy the Little Roadrunners for the Cure, inspiring Survivor Parade with Award Ceremony and Post-Race Expo with lots of giveaways and games. Just remember it’s all about raising funds to fight breast cancer. Set your goal and recruit everyone you know to help. When registering, donate additional funds, and go the extra mile by inspiring others to donate to support you or start a Team!
Another good thing to know that 100% of all donations help fund the Komen mission; no donation funds are used for administrative costs.
